About
I’m your friendly neighborhood SuperFoodie…
I like food. I like to grow it, cook it, eat it, study it, and especially, share it. In other words, I am a foodie. And out of all foods, I find certain ones particularly fascinating. You can find them anywhere from the corner store to the farmer’s market in Nepal. The foods of all foods. The Superfoods.
I like to think of superfoods as the precious gems of the human diet. They’re chock-full of nutrients, make you feel great, and can taste delicious. I love discovering their beneficial properties, creating new recipes to use them, and seeing the changes that come with adding them to my life. It’s almost like watching a magic show. Eat this, and that happens.
Now don’t get me wrong… I’m not saying that goji berries can make you an all-star basketball player, or that green tea cures baldness, but the “superfoods” all share one thing in common… an uncanny ability to make you feel better. I used to have a lot of questions. The idea of a “superfood” seemed too good to be true. Can one food really be so good for you? Can they really change the state of my health? Aren’t they too exotic or difficult to find?
I’ve spent a lot of time researching, and some of the answers were surprising. Anyway, I’d like to invite you to join me on this quest for knowledge. I believe that taking care of your body and staying healthy are some of the most important things you can do in life.
They say we are what we eat, so…
Let’s All Be SuperFoodies!
