Yum.

I’m a big believer in snacking as much as you want on fresh fruits and veggies. I try to do it as often as possible, but it’s not always convenient. I’ll take a banana to work with me but by the time I eat it, it’s mushy or bruised. I recently had the opportunity to try GoGo SqueeZ Applesauce on the Go. The company attended the Natural Products Expo East in Boston this year and sent me some samples a few weeks ago. Not only did I finish everything that they sent me, but I am planning on ordering more. They’re basically intended for kids, but the applesauce comes in a handy squeezable pouch. I keep one in my bag at all times for a quick snack. The best part is the ingredients- it’s only apples and whatever fruit combination goes with it. I tried AppleApple, AppleStrawberry, ApplePeach, AppleCinnamon, and my absolute favorite, AppleBanana. (I’m a little bit obsessed with that one actually). They are super fruity and have no added sugar, preservatives, or flavorings. Just fruit. They’re convenient and clean. I might look like a five year old eating them, but I don’t mind. It’s that good. Actually, I’m pretty much going to go out tomorrow and buy some more.

Hey everybody! It looks like SuperFoodie and Co will be making it up to Boston next week for the annual Natural Products Expo East. This trade show highlights all the best and newest in everything organic, alternative, and natural! Expo East is the east coast’s counterpart to Expo West, which takes place in March.
